Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Business Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION
A large International Corporation (American Company) is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Business Analyst to work at its location in Dar-es-salaam, Tanzania. This position reports to the Manager of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Responsibilities Include:
· Performing user testing for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable department
· Creating training materials and conducting training on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
· Producing and distributing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reports
· Conducting ad-hoc reporting and analysis relating to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
· Helping the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manager document and streamline existing processes
· Performing monthly close and account reconciliation
· At a times MUST help in the front office
· Working on special projects as assigned by the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manager
Requirements Include:
· MUST be a recent graduate with bachelor’s degree either in Commerce, accounting or Finance or just some accounting courses desirable and familiar with applications such as QuickBooks, ADP,ORACLE, SAP though not a must
· Must have customer service skills and ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
· MUST not have overstayed in either US or EUROPE, and be able to travel as required
· MUST be Very Fluent in English. MUST have Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· A team player and Strong attention to detail
